A number of clients are in need of a forest inventory and/or a timber appraisal.   Landowners may need an inventory and appraisal to establish a “timber basis” for tax purposes. Landowners and Realtors may need a timber appraisal for land sale purposes. Communities and developers often need inventories on public and development lands in order to meet legal requirements. Whatever the reason, I will provide an accurate inventory and appraisal using accepted professional forestry methods.

I have also been actively involved in the forest carbon program in Kentucky.  I am qualified and approved to perform the required carbon inventories necessary to participate in this program.
